Who said customer is king?

Recent example of RBI norms [read more here, here and here] on credit cards is just another example of how poor service these banks are throwing at us. Why do a credit card company need RBI mandating them to maintain a 'Do not call registry' or 'Clear specification of rules' or 'Illustrated interest calculations' or for that matter even 'Enough time to pay the bills and timely delivery of bills'. Beats me.
