Kerala is the least corrupt state, says study. Excerpts,

A report released by the Transparency International here has chosen Kerala as the least corrupt state in India. While Andhra Pradesh was placed at the 17th position, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are defined as �more corrupt� states and placed in the 9th and 4th positions respectively in the corruption index. Bihar is the most corrupt state.
